1. About Us
Go Flights is operated by Olsahuset AS, organisation number 926 978 470, registered address Bømlavegen 998, 5443 BØMLO, Norway. We act as an online flight booking intermediary. We use the Duffel flight distribution platform to search airlines and create bookings on your behalf. We are not an airline and do not operate any flights. The operating airline is responsible for flight operations and its own conditions of carriage.
Our service covers flights only. We do not sell hotels, travel insurance, package holidays, or any other travel products.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email containing a booking reference. Until that confirmation is issued, no ticket has been created. Prices and availability can change between search and payment. If ticketing fails after payment, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the fare is no longer available at the stated price.
The price displayed before you pay is the total you will be charged, including all applicable taxes, fees, and our markup as a booking intermediary. No separate service fee is added at checkout.
3. Passenger Information
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, and document information are accurate at the time of booking. Name corrections after ticketing may not be possible or may incur fees at the airline's discretion. We are not liable for denied boarding or other consequences arising from inaccurate passenger information.
4. Travel Documents
Each passenger is solely responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, and all other travel documents required for their journey, including for transit countries. You are also responsible for complying with any health-related entry requirements (vaccination, testing, or other rules) applicable to your route. We do not verify visa or entry requirements and are not liable for loss caused by missing or invalid documentation.
5. Airline Fare Rules
Each ticket is issued under the fare conditions set by the operating airline. These conditions govern whether the ticket can be changed or cancelled, and the amount of any refund. You agree to the applicable fare conditions when you complete your booking. We cannot override or waive airline fare rules.
6. Schedule Changes
Airlines may alter flight schedules, routes, or aircraft at any time. We will endeavour to notify you promptly of significant schedule changes using the contact details provided at booking. Involuntary schedule changes are subject to the operating airline's policies. We are not responsible for airline-initiated changes.
7. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and change rights, and any refund amounts, depend on the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket. Cancellations and changes are not automatic — they require a request via our support or booking management workflow, followed by admin review and, where applicable, a quote from the airline.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method via our payment provider. Payment provider processing times may vary. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Our Liability
To the extent permitted by Norwegian law and applicable consumer protection law, our liability as a booking intermediary is limited to the total booking price paid by you for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, flight delays, airline insolvency, or losses arising from the acts or omissions of the airline or our flight distribution provider. These limitations do not apply to personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
We are not an airline and do not carry passengers. The operating airline bears responsibility for its own obligations under applicable passenger rights legislation.
9. Support
We aim to respond to support enquiries within 24–48 hours. For same-day or urgent travel issues, you may also need to contact the airline or airport directly. See our Support page for contact details.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
