1. Booking Confirmation
All flight bookings made through this platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline and/or our flight provider. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation with a booking reference. Prices and availability can change between search and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the fare is no longer available and will refund any payment collected.
2. Passenger Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, and document information entered at the time of booking are accurate. Name corrections after ticketing may not be possible, or may incur additional fees at the airline's discretion. We are not liable for denied boarding or other consequences arising from inaccurate passenger information.
3. Travel Documents
Passengers are solely responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their itinerary, including transit countries. We do not check visa or entry requirements and are not liable for any loss resulting from the passenger's failure to hold valid documentation.
4. Schedule Changes
Airlines may alter flight schedules, routes, or equipment at any time. Significant schedule changes will be communicated to you using the contact details provided at booking. We will endeavour to notify you promptly of any changes that affect your itinerary. Involuntary schedule changes are subject to the operating airline's policies.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation rights and refund amounts depend on the airline's fare rules and conditions that apply to your specific ticket. Many low-cost fares are non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to processing timescales. Service or processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted. 6. Limitation of Liability
